Full Policy Details
Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, including the cost of reprinting and reshipping.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If your tracking has not updated and the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it.
Made-to-Order Products
Because every item is custom printed when you order it, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. Please double-check your size, design, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Wrong Shipping Address
If an insufficient or incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned by the carrier, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping to the corrected address. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.
Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility may require reshipping at the customer’s expense. Unclaimed returns that are not resolved within 30 days are donated to charity.
EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized items, as well as sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Because every product is custom printed to order, we are unable to accept size exchanges as standard returns. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase — reach out to us at support@amheroesapparel.com and we will do our best to work with you on a solution. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering.
How long do I have to report a problem?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to report any issues with misprints, damage, or defects. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
How long does it take to get a replacement?
Once your claim is approved, a replacement order is printed and shipped using the same production and shipping timeline as a new order — typically 5–9 business days for domestic delivery.
Do I need to return the defective item?
In most cases, no. A clear photo of the issue is typically all we need to process your claim. We will let you know if anything additional is required.
