Tracking FAQs
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link as soon as your order leaves production. This typically happens within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
My tracking number is not showing any updates. What should I do?
Tracking updates usually appear within 24 hours after shipment. If your tracking has not updated in a few days, the package may be transferring between carriers. You can also check your tracking number on Parcelsapp, 17track, or Postal Ninja for more detailed updates from local carriers.
Why does my package show a different carrier than expected?
International and some domestic orders may pass through more than one carrier. The carrier that starts the journey may hand off the package to a local “final-mile” carrier for delivery. For example, a package may ship with DHL but be delivered by USPS. This is normal and your tracking page will show details for both carriers when available.
Why does production take 2–5 business days?
Every item is custom printed to order using professional direct-to-garment technology. We do not keep pre-made inventory — your product is made fresh when you order it, ensuring the highest quality print and the exact design you selected.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every item is made to order, changes and cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Contact us immediately at support@amheroesapparel.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days at support@amheroesapparel.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund — no hassle.
