Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Every order is custom-made just for you. Fulfillment typically takes 2 – 5 business days, and standard U.S. shipping adds another 3 – 4 business days after that. Most domestic orders arrive within 5 – 9 business days total. Express shipping is also available at checkout if you need it sooner.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we may in the future.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with a link to follow your package. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address for a live status update. If tracking has not updated within 24 hours of your shipment notice, please give it a little more time - it will catch up.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because every item is made to order, production begins shortly after you place your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at our contact page. We will do our best to accommodate you before your item enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.

What is the quality of your products?

We use premium direct-to-garment printing on high-quality apparel from trusted brands. Every design is printed with professional-grade water-based inks that are soft to the touch and built to hold up wash after wash. We stand behind every product - if something is not right, reach out and we will make it right.

What is the Proud Collection?

The Proud Collection is our signature line of thin line apparel designed for first responder families. It features designs for proud wives, husbands, moms, dads, sons, daughters, and more — across all six service lines: police (Thin Blue Line), fire (Thin Red Line), EMS (Thin White Line), military (Thin Green Line), corrections (Thin Silver Line), and dispatch (Thin Gold Line). Available in t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, canvas prints, and more.

What sizes do you offer?

Our apparel is available in a wide range of sizes to ensure every member of your family can wear their pride. Specific size availability varies by product and is listed on each product page. We recommend reviewing the size chart on the product listing before ordering, as sizing can vary slightly between styles and garment brands.

How do I care for my apparel?

To keep your design looking its best, wash your garment inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high heat, as these can break down the ink over time. Following these simple care steps will keep your thin line apparel looking sharp for years to come.

Returns & Support

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is printed to order, we are not able to accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement or issue a refund — no hassle. Your satisfaction matters to us.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, please visit our Contact Us page and send us a message with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review it promptly and make it right. Our team typically responds within 1 – 2 business days.
